Secure identification
Customers can enroll for a Quick Cash loan by registering with their preferred Citi credit card. This allows them to verify their identity without compromising on their security.

Customers validate the one-time password
Customers complete their registration by validating the one-time password sent to their Citi-registered mobile number. They’ll receive a notification from their bank after a successful registration.
Once customers validate their one-time password for one-time registration, the range of loan amounts they are eligible for is calculated and displayed so that the customer can choose their desired amount from within that range.

Display of eligible loan amounts and interest rates
Upon selection of a loan amount, various interest rates and tenors are offered to customers. Customers can choose the payment plan of their convenience.
Once the payment plan is selected, the available disbursement options are displayed to the customer.

Customers can either select their Citibank account or a bank account from another bank of their choice.

Understanding interest rates
Customers can refer to the information displayed that explains the Effective Interest Rates(EIR)applicable to the program, and can then click 'Agree' to provide their consent.

Customers validate the one-time password
To proceed with loan booking, customers need to validate the one-time password sent to their registered mobile number.
